⏰ Opening Hours & Appointments

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Service is available by appointment only. Service is not guaranteed for walk-in customers without an appointment.
We are usually closed 1 day per week as a regular day off, and may also close if no appointments are scheduled.

The service is not guaranteed for walk-in customers without an appointment. Please always use the Send Request form to make an appointment first.

Simply use the Send Request button – fill in your dates and details, and we will confirm availability by WhatsApp.

For rentals under 30 days, bookings can be made no more than 3–5 days before your arrival date.

We will be waiting for you +/- 10 minutes. Arriving on time is your responsibility. We do not take responsibility for any loss, missed ferry or plane in cases where you do not arrive on time.

No. When there are no appointments we take a day off. There is no fixed day of the week for this.

Please keep us updated and message us at least 1 hour before the meeting – we will try our best. If no messages, no updates, and you don't arrive, we will no longer wait for you.

📋 Booking & Minimum Rental

The minimum rental period is 3 days for manual gear motorcycles and 4 days for automatic scooters. The minimum period may change – contact us to confirm before arrival.

To book a bike, you must pay at least 1 month in advance or the full rental fee. We recommend paying the full amount to guarantee the reservation. If you choose to update the contract later, availability is not guaranteed and the bike may be booked by someone else.

💵 Pricing & Payment

Rental price depends on how many days you pay in advance:

  • 1–6 days → daily rate
  • 7–29 days → lower daily rate
  • 30 or more days → best daily rate

If you rent for 30 days and add extra days at the same time, those days use the same lower daily rate. If you rent for 30 days and later add just 1 day, that day will be charged at the regular daily rate.

If your rental continues into a new season, the new season price applies from the 1st of that month.

Use our Send Request form – it automatically calculates the estimated total based on your dates and chosen bike.

No. The rental fee will not be refunded if you return the motorcycle earlier than the period it was paid for.

🚗 Services & Delivery

Yes, we offer delivery, but it is not free, not guaranteed, and non-refundable (except if we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances). Delivery depends on weather conditions and our availability.

We do not deliver any bike unless both the rental fee and delivery fee are fully paid in advance. Payment can be made via Thai QR code.

If you prefer delivery, please send your location first – extra charges may apply depending on the distance. The delivery fee does not include pick-up.

  • No free service – we do not offer free pick-up or drop-off
  • Customer only – strictly for the driver (the person renting) to come to our office or be dropped at home/pier
  • Pricing – minimum 100 THB, regardless of distance
  • Transport – motorbike pick-up only, subject to availability
  • Luggage – one backpack only, strictly no suitcases or large bags
  • How to request – use the Send Request form with your Google Maps pin and exact time

We reserve the right to cancel the service at any time due to weather or unexpected circumstances.

⚠️ Rules & Responsibilities

We take all motorcycles for inspection and maintenance after each rental, so you get a freshly serviced motorcycle. If you experience any problems, please let us know immediately – maintenance is free. We indicate on the contract when the next inspection is necessary.

Report to us immediately. Repairs must be done at Autain service only. If fixed before returning at Autain service, there is no extra charge.

If you return the bike with damage that has not been fixed yet: extra charge 500 THB + daily rental rate until repair is complete.

If you return the bike with damage without informing us: 1,000 THB penalty + 500 THB service charge + daily rental rate during repair.

Only gasoline 95 is allowed. Using any other type of fuel is a violation of the contract.

Recommended tyre pressure: Front 2.1 bar, Rear 2.5 bar.

The bike can only be driven and used by a maximum of 2 adult persons whose names are in the contract. It is not allowed to lend, sublet, or change the name on the contract.

No. You are only allowed to use the motorbike on Ko Phangan Island. Taking the bike off the island is strictly forbidden.

If the key or remote is lost, gets wet, broken, or locked under the seat, the rider is fully responsible. Costs can range from 300 to over 10,000 THB depending on the type of key and damage.

⚠️ Not all bikes have a spare key available. Please handle your key with care.

When you have a flat tire you must repair or change it at your own expense. The easiest way is to ask local people around you where the nearest service is.

A low battery is usually caused by leaving the lights on or the key in the ignition without the engine running. This is considered misuse and the rider is responsible.

If you believe the battery is broken and not your fault, report it to us and we will replace it. The battery will be tested at Autain Service. If it is not faulty, you must pay the full cost (around 1,000 THB).

✅ If the battery is truly broken, replacement is free.
❌ If it's not broken and you reported it as faulty, you must pay for it.

Yes. A valid Thai motorcycle license or International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle category is required by law. If you don't have it with you, you can sign a statement in our contract confirming you hold a valid license – but Thai police will not accept this at checkpoints. Always carry your license while riding.
