There is always a passport deposit for motorbikes or scooters at Lala Agency 150 cc or above! Only with the Honda Click 125i cash (10,000 THB) + copy passport or passport deposit optional.
If You are renting a Honda Click 125i, you can leave a cash deposit (10,000 THB). If you are renting a Honda Click 125i but you don’t want to leave a cash deposit or you are renting any other bike you have to bring the bike to our office with all accessories and helmets and you have to park it here as long as you have the passport. You can swap the passport for the bike after you come back. Please make an appointment before You want to take the passport and let us know when You would like to change back.
If you want to go to the Immigration Office that’s just 3 minute walk from our office.

We will be waiting for you +/- 10 minutes like our appointment. Then following the other appointments. Arriving on time is your responsibility. We do not take responsibility for any loss, missed ferry or plane in cases where you will not arrive on time.
No, when there is no appointments we take a day off. Not any fixed day of the week.
Please keep us updated, message at least 1 hour before the meeting we will try our best. In case you have to be flexible with other appointments we got before. As well we keep our opening time.

In the LOW season 3 days for manual gear motorcycles and 1 week for scooters.
In the HIGH season 3 days for manual gear motorcycles and 2 weeks for scooters.
In the PEAK season 2 weeks for manual gear motorcycles and 2 weeks for scooters.
The minimum booking duration is 1 month, if you want to rent a bike for short term please message us on WhatsApp 1-2 says before arrival to check availability
Booking is only possible with the full rental fee prepayment.
When you rent for 3 days, you have to pay the 3 days fee on daily price. When you pay for 7 days you have to pay the weekly price. When you pay for 1 month You have to pay the monthly price. When you pay for 1 month and 8 days at once the extra days will charge based on the monthly price. If you rent for 1 month and 8 days and You will pay separately We will charge the first 1 month price + 1 week price + 1 day price.
No delivery.
Yes at the beginning of the rental we can pick up or the driver only free of charge from Thongsala without a big luggage, by appointment. Not available on rainy days. That’s a one time service. Drop off is not guaranteed please contact at least 24 hours before.
Report to us immediately. Then you will get a chance to repair at Autain service only. Without extra charge.
If fixed before returning only at Autain service no extra charge.
Normally when they check the damage they ask to prepay the full price of repair so You should have proof of it.

Front 2.1 bar, rear 2.5 bar recommended at Koh Phangan including all Our bikes.
The bike can only be driven and used by a maximum of 2 adult persons whose’(s) names are in the contract.
Not allowed to borrow, sublet or change the name on the contract!

You cannot take the motorbike off of Koh Phangan Island.
You can use it on Koh Phangan Only.
If the Hirer lost the Honda key 500 THB, another key 900 THB, lost the remote controller / chipped key 3000 – 5000 THB *.
Hirers can get a new key at the same address where from renting the vehicle DURING OPENING HOURS.
Delivery is optional for an extra cost.
When you have a flat tire you must repair or change at your own expense. You should manage that.
The easiest way is just ask local people around You where’s the nearest service.
If You made a low battery, that’s happen because the light was on or key in ignition without running engine.
You can manage that alone but please make sure sign the battery before You will leave somewhere, or sit down next to it at the service until charging.
That’s a common scam they will give You back another same battery and say it’s broken. Normally when they put for charge they can tell You it’s can charge or not. If You need help You can contact Us with Your location, we can try to send a help with emergency charger.
The price will depending on Your location, that You have to pay. If You will replace it yourself that’s Your own expense we do not refund. In case You report a broken battery we will organize the replacement for free. But if the battery is not broken but you do report it, we will charge you approximately 1000 THB / the cost of the new battery – depending on the bike.
When they replace we will ask You to sign it, after they will bring to the service and try to charge it.
The rental fee will not be refunded if you returned the motorcycle earlier than the period it was paid for.
We do not provide phone holders for motorcycles. Because we are not responsible for the customer’s phone in the event that the phone falls out of the holder.
Yes, we have a few children’s helmets with fixed or adjustable sizes, can choose from the stock. We provide 1 child’s crash helmet free of charge if have on stock, but we would like to inform parents that they are 100% responsible for the child’s helmet. Every parent wants a helmet of perfect quality for their child that we are totally understand.
If parents choose new helmets, they can only return them in new condition at no extra cost. If the new helmet is damaged, the full price will be charged. Of course, in this case, they can keep it. We also have used children’s helmets, you can also choose them.
Scooters come with two helmets, which are located under the seat. For motorcycles, a maximum of two helmets can be selected. We also provide 1 key or remote control, possibly a remote control and key depending on the motorcycle.

Before renting a motorbike from us, we need to know that we can trust you since we came into this business to deliver honest work and fair prices. We take care of our bikes and scooters very well. So, before renting the bike, we will require the following:
We will need your original passport for a deposit since a lot of times, people leave bikes around the Island.
