If ABS is important to you, the Honda PCX 160 ABS has front ABS and is available from Lala Agency at a slightly higher daily rate.

The PCX 160 ABS is Honda's current generation model with a larger 157cc engine, front ABS, a fully digital instrument cluster, and updated full LED lighting. Both models have Smart Key. The PCX 150 White is an older 2017 model without ABS, with an analog speedometer and a smaller digital side display.

The PCX 150 White handles Ko Phangan's main paved road network well. The west coast from Thong Sala through Srithanu to Haad Yao is smooth and relaxed. The south coast through Ban Tai to Haad Rin is flat and easy. The north coast to Chaloklum and Mae Haad is scenic and manageable. The east coast climb to Thong Nai Pan Noi is manageable solo at a steady pace – less so two-up on the steeper sections.
Stay on paved roads throughout. The PCX 150 is a road scooter and its tyres are not suited to unsealed tracks or beach sand.
